United Way Partner Programs

Investing in Our Community

Partner Agencies are nonprofits in our community who are doing significant work to change lives. The United Way quite literally partners with these organizations with a proven track record to promote and expand their services through our financial support and bringing additional recognition to their services.

Neighbors

Neighbors were once the people who lived next door or across the street. Today Social media, online shopping, different schools and a more transient culture has reshaped the definition of neighbor. The broader brushstroke of community and common goals has extended the fence lines and given us all a better understanding of how important collective efforts are for the common good. Your United Way works hand in hand with our partner programs to come together as neighbors in support of one another.

Believe

Often all it takes for someone to succeed is someone else believing in them, offering encouragement, and showing up. That’s what mentoring is all about … It’s not about having all the answers, it’s about listening to what is being said and not being said. Giving another person a hand and showing them some of the things you’ve learned along the way through trial and error.
